I've used Limewire for quite a while, also Grokster and Morpheus. Functionality is about the same, Limewire is a little more user friendly. TR rocks.

I'm a big fan of Gnucleus. Small, solid and without ads or spyware.

Yes, i agree with Prelude.. Gnucleus is where it's at these days if you're using the Gnutella network.

This is kinda off-topic but if you're in the lookout for divx movies, the best p2p client is edonkey.

BTW, isn't grokster based on kazaa? Just wondering.

kazaa, for some reason or another, give me the best results in terms of speed and availability

and btw edonkey blows! their latest release has sent the whole project to hell. its impossible to connect to a server in less than half an hour and the download speeds max out at around 20k/s if u ever get to download at all! dont waste your time with it until v60 comes out

I have both LimeWire and BearShare 2.4 both loaded on my box. Sometimes the network seems to prefer one or the other.

Morpheus by far!!!!!!!!!!

The others either have spyware or they que the server on a regular bases and slow your speed down.
I have looked at Limewire and Kazaa and Morpheus is my choice!

Just don't upgrade to the new preview edition if you have V 1.3! Too much discontent!!
Check out CNET software reviews!

Grokster and Kazaa are on the FastTrack network, thusly not Gnutella clients per se. I only use BearShare, 'cause it works well enough.
