"Best bang for buck" DDR3 @ 1333mhz?

Fri Dec 14, 2007 11:39 pm

Yeah DDR3 and "Best bang for buck" is pretty much an oxymoron, but I've already got my feet wet in it with a purchase of an Asus P5E3 mobo, so I'll be paying the price...literally!

In any case, I am in the market for some DDR3 PC3-10666/1333mhz kits. That about sums up where as far as my knowledge of memory components goes.

I am strongly leaning towards getting 4GB of ram (running Vista64, gaming, 3d work, etc.) and have a budget of about $600 (CAN) for this endeavor.

So I got what seems like an interesting listing from G.SKILL:

Any thoughts or recommendations on such a similar product?

I hope to receive some helpful suggestions (and teasing!) to point me in the right way.

Thanks in advance!
