when will new intel processors show up on newegg?

How long does it take for new products to show up on release dates? Is it not showing up today because of the weekend?

Due to their volume and popularity..they usually have the latest and greatest as soon as anyone. Patience is a virtue :lol:

Better not buy on the first day anyway because of supply and demand. There will be some price gouging along the supply chain.

In fact, I don't buy the first batch usually. Who knows if there are problems. Let those guinea pigs test them for us first. ;)

Yeah, I would wait. When the Q6600 price was lowereed to $279, newegg sent the price up to over $300 for the first few days.

From what I can see only the E8200 is $199.

Bought an E8400 for $209 from tankguys.com

Directron was slightly cheaper ($199), but the preorders had run out by the time I got to it.

If you have a local Microcenter, they're selling the 8400 for $190.

They have the e8400 listed on Newegg and ZipZoomFly now. As someone above posted if you live near a MicroCenter they have them for $190 which is where I got mine.

The offer is valid only in store. They had a bunch on Friday where I'm located but probably sold them rather quickly.

The E8400 has been on newegg since sometime around yesterday afternoon (EST) for $224.99.

Just got a MicroCenter email that the E8400's are restocked and are still $190 through Wednesday. Email states Only available in store though. Although I just checked their website and its now listed at the 189.99 price with notes about availability. Could probably just do an in-store pick up though if you have on near you.

well ordered from newegg along with two more fans to fill up my coolmaster stacker 832. Found a micro center but its a 40 minute drive there and 40 back.

Yea, at today's gas prices it's probably cheaper the way you did it. Mines is like 10-15 minutes away.
