4) Young - Had huge shoes to fill and did it admirably
5) Favre - cut his INT's by about 30% and he's #1

Manning and Brady will likely be on this list (either one may in fact be #1) but I decided for this thread not to count active guys. You can in your lists if you like.

Meaning what, that he's on roids?

At any rate, he'll fall off my list when Brady & Manning retire. If I were to lift my "no active players" rule, he'd be off it already.
