Are you talking about applets like qfix? I never looked for a Windows version that I can remember. And the last I knew about it, though it's been quite a while since I've searched around for anything like that, the Linux versions were aging and unmaintained. OTOH I think the source may be available. The question is whether that's of any value with newer folding clients and their output files. I never had any success with qfix in the first place, though I think that only modifies the queue.dat file anyway.

Edit: Somehow I discovered I have a couple of those q- apps for Windows on one of my machines, but I can't recall where I got them. Anyway, be more specific about your OS and what you want can probably be found.
