I have a standard Corsair HX620 in my X-Qpack2. (Not the original X-Qpack.) It is a tight fit, but does make it. That it is modular is a huge help in the small case.
My X-Qpack2's original power supply is 140mm long.
SeaSonic M12II supplies are listed as
W150, L160, H86 mm. Newegg has
430W and
500W versions for $70 and $80, respectively. Both are modular.
The Corsair HX520 is $90AR and is
150x150x86mm, some 10 mm shorter than the SeaSonic and only 10mm longer than my original X-Qpack2 power supply.
Measure your clearances and know that these are modular supplies, so you can remove excess cabling -- which helps a lot. They do have a higher power rating than you were looking for, but there aren't many modular supplies in that range and in an X-Qpack, I would definitely strongly consider a modular power supply.
I think that most of the SFF power supplies are for specific cases and don't use a normal mounting pattern. The X-Qpack really just has a short conventional ATX power supply.
Most manufacturer pages (see the second tab on the lower left on Newegg product pages) have sizes mentioned.
