The big bonus to the headset is that it should never have to do any digital-to-analog conversion until the final output of the speakers on the headset. I don't know, however, how those particular headphones sound - I would not expect great things because I think 5.1 headsets are snake oil (the old metaphor, not the rampant AMD/anti-Apple nutball).
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.
