meh. i have programmed over 117,820 lines of code this year and the year is only half over.
I would agree the average is probably around 10,000 - 20,000 a year. |

The market traders will certainly put MS in its place if they can't deliver. But I liked his thoughts on meetings with too many players at once.

The OP makes some great points about the lack of realistic expectations given the scale and scope of the endeavor. Sounds like there's some middle management that needs to be axed at M$.
And it didn't take long for a Linux nazi to jump in and tell us all how Linux distros are far more complex than Vista... |

If Apple can managed to update or make an new OS every few years with far less resources then MS? Why MS cannot at least do the same?
