Think a dual X1600 Pro would be quicker than a single X800GTO 256mb? I'm kinda itching for something new. Trying so hard to wait for conroe... but i just found an XPress200 939 board in a box unnder my bed i forgot i had.

I'm more interested in the x1700 by itself. ATi isn't very competitive on the price/performance front for the more budget oriented models. The X600 and X1600 were a joke.

Dual - GPU 2X the horsepower & plus too, one of the two GPUs can handle graphics while the other takes care of physics, seems interesting.
