If Apple says the whips have the required number of meat hooks on them we will just have to take their word I guess.

But how can Apple be so sure the slaves dont get more than the maximum 50 slashes across the back a day when they are not around?

Doesn't Foxconn realize that suing journalist who say bad things about them will hurt their reputation a lot more than simply ignoring the guy. I probably wouldn't have even heard about the allegations of poor treatment of their workers, if not for this lawsuit.

Looks like the suit got all the right attention. Greatly reduced damages and their assets are no longer frozen.

I had no idea the chinese government would so fiercely defend defend a company. Even their cars and homes were frozen. They basically took everything from these journalists before the even had a chance to plead there case. Brutal.
