I wonder: Is JAVA working on IE7 now? Last time I checked the beta (3 months ago) Sun was not supporting IE7. I need JAVA support for a crucial app that I use daily at work. I am using Firefox and IE6 at tje momment, the app doesn't like opera.

That can be beaten. Already been proven. Not that I really care, Firefox has long been my browser of choice, and that's not changing soon. |

You'd do more for your security by learning how to run under a non-Admin account, than you'd manage by using FireFox over IE.

And after they force people to install IE7, they'll say that IE is the most widely used web surfing tool in the world.
This is the reason I turned Automatic updates off and do a customize update myself. |
