I think it will kill YouTube if they continue this, but I'd much rather all those companies sue YouTube then sue me for watching the videos, much like they were trying to do with music.
Still, it would make more sense (morally at least) to sue the people who upload the videos. |

If it wasn't for Youtube, I wouldn't know who those people are, and would NEVER watch any of their content EVER. Way to get rid of free promotion!
