Will this version be released on AGP, we know they are releasing the 256mb one in that format.

I second that a X1950Pro is not really a midrange card.

Its slightly faster than a X1800XT.

I think its a low grade high end card.

A 7600GT is a midrange card.

Hmmm - according to Guru3D the MRSP for this card is only $229 ($30 more than the 256MB).

I wouldn't hop on that train until I see good evidence it is really worth the extra $100. I would imagine ATI already had a card that costs another $100 online that would fit the bill better.

Historically slapping more RAM on low or midrange cards has been mostly useless....but if the price stays the same as the 256mb model, then it can't hurt.
