I find it odd they were using dual nV graphic cards in development when the 360 uses a ATi graphics chip...

Though there is a chance at that time they didn't know the 360 was going to use a ATi chip at first.

I call BS. While most studios certainly do perform a lot of their early development and texture/model generation on PCs, they test their *engines* on dev boxes of the target hardware. They might have had an early version of GoW running on PC and have stifled talk of it to avoid cannibalizing X360 sales, that's more likely.

Also, Nvidia doesn't typically put tech demos or internal stuffs into their profiles.

I think someone at Nvidia didn't catch the profile before the driver went out the door, and Rein is doing after the fact PR damage control.

Aside from that. It is obvious that MS is forcing Epic to delay x86 port for Gears of War to help boost 360 sales.
