I guess they're forgoing the 6-month respin schedule this round then. An oc'd 8800GTX doesn't mean much unless it oc's a hell of a lot better, current GTXs and GTSs do pretty well in that department already.

Ut doesnt seem too far fetched to me that nvidia might manage a 700 mhz or so ultra chip wuth say 15-1600 mhz shaders... Even on 90 nm I think they might manage it in a 2 slot config.

I'll take the model that's passively cooled on a standard sized PCB, please.

If that's the reply to the 2900xtx I might hold out for an 8900
