I just want one to fold... and maybe play a game or two on every 6 months which is about how much usage my PS2 gets, even with my two kids. Just cant justify spending $600 on a super computer that is just gonna sit there and fold and eat electricity/dust.

Frankly, a Wii would see more game play at my house, but even at $300 it is still hard to justify.

I suspect it's just going to replace the 60GByte model.

Has anyone just wondered that maybe they'll just release the hard drive as a stand alone that can be added to existing systems for a price.

What's the point? I mean... Why? It's not like PS3 has tons of downloadable content. Are looking forward for downloadable movies? Is that it? If so, then what's the freakin point of adding in a Blu freakin Ray player!

It's a pretty lame knee-jerk response to 360 Elite if you ask me.

Why not match them with the 120GB, or better yet, put the 160GB version? PS3 is already as expensive as it is what's a couple hundred bucks more?

Or you are just adding 20GB more so you can actually ship with an HDMI cable?

=)
