TechReport (Gasior): Thanks for another fine review! Requests for future articles: 1.) could you throw in a pic of the items bundled with each mobo? 2.) Could you put a little drop-down table of contents on the last page of your articles?

Abit: WTH? Seriously, WTH? Please, look at MSI's PCI / PCIe layout and duplicate it.

MSI: Good job on that mobo, now please do something about the price. Say $130ish? I was excited about that mobo until I saw the price.

The mobo scene for Core-2 still needs work. That's a shame. The MSI board goes a long way toward improving it but bombs-out on price.

I suppose that makes the nForce 430 the cougar of core logic chipsets—an older south bridge chip cavorting with a much younger north bridge.

I guess I'm kind of lost on what the benefit of the 680 is over the 650. Performance seems to be dead even, if I'm reading this right.
