I have a bad habit of punching my system if it gets hang... This case would either kill my CPU or it would force me to leave my habit ;)

Does anyone else think that there's something very fundamentally wrong when we feel that we need an entire case to cool the CPU that we use to browse the web looking at cases such as this?

Ludicrous speed. That case should be painted plaid.

Make a quick detach hose that goes form the cooler to the heat sink and im game.

also throw in a 1000mm by 1000mm 500 rpm fan ;)

ah hell i will just throw the thing in my swimming pool or my fridge :D

How do you install this on the CPU? I just don't see a feasible way to do installation.

Looks like a decent concept at first, but then you realize the stupidity of it.

they need some type of detachable coupler, so you can leave the base connected to the mount and reconnect it when ur done fiddling with ur box.

So like what happens if your CPU socket is not in the right place?

Or say you want to like, install a hard drive in the case. Then you have to remove the heatsink off the CPU?

Sounds like fun

You know, kinda crazy, but that's not really that bad of an idea I think.

It obviously wouldn't be the most cool solution ever, and would be more reliant on ambient temp than a typical fan-based solution, but for someone who has to have silence, that's not a bad idea, I think.

Even better, when it's winter, just set your case next to the leaky window. Cools the case, and heats the air coming in so you don't have to "winterize" your windows!

I imagine we all open up our cases on a fairly regular basis to tweak/ add stuff. That would be a pain, having to re-apply thermal paste every time...

Is the position and distance of the heatsink adjustable? I'd think it would have to be, but the pictures don't indicate that.

Don't have pets or this would get ugly quick! Hair wads galore.

say... you barely hit the case and move the panel a bit in any direction. Game over?

That's overboard. Why not go with a good water cooler?

How in the hell would you secure that to the CPU?

Neat (Crazy) idea, But how the heck do they attach that to a CPU? It seems just about impossible to get tolerances good enough to mount your case door to the CPU with a good interface.

Might want to turn the ISO up to 200 so that you don't have to suffer with 1/20 second shutter speeds. Yeah, I know that a570 has IS, but still, some of the pics are a little blurry.
