No problems here with my vista 64-bit system. I even tried going back to xp and found vista to be smoother overall in every game I played. And hell, I don't remember the last time I got any sort of error, program crash, or system lockup.

I still have yet to have any problems with vista on any machines i have built and installed on friends computers. Its simple to use and there have been no BS behind it. When you make an upgrade to a new peice of software you have to know right off the bat that many programs just won't run on it. Thats why you have an older machine to take care of these problems. As for gaming i have better frame rates in vista then i did in xp. Seems more stable then XP as well or at least to me it does.

Apparently some people are starting to refer to Vista as "Windows ME II".

While you're at it, you might as well install KB969666, which uninstalls Vista and installs XP in its place.

Amazing. The bugs hit 64-bit Vista as well.
I wonder who will be first to release a 64-bit DX10 game. |

"...a fairly nice gaming rig running Windows Vista,...", lets ponder that possibility for a moment shall we?
