Hey TR, you know we're going to want to see a head-to-head cage match between a Penryn X38 system and a Barcelona "Spider" system.

A Skulltraill matchup would also be kindof neat I guess but I already know the story about David and Goliath… er, Goliath won, right?

It seems like it would be a better move to release processors with a greater clock speed gap in order to cover more widely-spaced market segments, but I suppose that quad-core users are a narrow niche in the first place. Nonetheless, I'd be more interested in a 1.8GHz Phenom with a 2.4GHz buddy for company.

I'm itching for this release. It has kind of a Gunfight at the OK Corral feel.

...At least until Penryn is released. But hey, who knows? Jigar said it right.
