Try playing UT3 on a 42" DLP monitor with a Quad Core System, 7900GT!

I am curious as to how the Unreal Warfare game mode looks. Not much talk about that lately.

The demo was fun, but it didn't sell me. Good thing they did release the demo, I definitely see why others will enjoy it.
My biggest beef were the vehicles -- too easy to take out. Vehicles *should* be difficult to take out (they are armored, right?) -- the UT vehicles felt weak. |

Yo, Damage do you still have a Physx floating around the Lab?
UT3 was supposed to be one of the major titles that would take advantage it. I would like to see if the darn thing even makes a difference in UT3. ;) |

2 days between Crysis and UT3! Only a few days before Mass Effect.... OMG! No more need for sleep, work, friends, etc! Taco John's and Subway just down the road for nourishment! I'm ready!

I'm suprised more people aren't talking about the Ageia element in UT3.
As for the demo itself, it didn't quite make me want to stop playing UT2004. And with the Crysis Demo, Hellgate London and the Orange Box, UT3 may well just remain a demo for the time being. |

The demo actually runs pretty well (at lower resolutions) on my 7600 GT, so I may actually buy this.

DNF the game is dead, and has been dead for years. It was killed by poor project managment skills and overinflated egos of a few individuals. The original developer crew jumped ship years ago.
It is the only logical conclusion. 3Drelams has turned DNF into an internet meme that they try to keep alive. The last couple of leaks and stunts are proof. 1.) 3Drelam released a movie that they claim (jokingly) to make DNF run on an Atair 2600. All they did was make a bitmap image of Duke Nukem and ran the image on the said system. 2.) There was leaked image of DNF that looks "rendered", but 3Drelams claimed that it was is in-game and nothing more. 3.) The whole "When it is done" screams "We don't now any realistic timeframe in mind." That is a big no-no in the professional software world. |

The demo looks incredible at 1680x1050 all settings maxed on a 8800GTX. The gameplay isn't bad either. This is a definite buy for me.
