I'm putting a project together to provide small, impoverished, isolated communities in Baja California, MX with potable water extracted from the air. So what does this have to do with low cost, hi-tech communication in similar areas? More than you might think. It takes more than clean water to lift indigenous communities out of poverty. It takes health, agricultural skills, transportation, marketing, and, yes, communication.

Research in how to do this would mostly involve Googling "Dave Hughes".

This has got to be either in Afghanistan or Pakistan and I see the need to be secretive about the "assistance."
