Do you think they're going to open the API up, so AMD can accelerate it too? If they keep it to themselves, I don't see it getting past the stage it's in now. Unless Nvidia has the cash to pay developers to use it even though it's only going to reach Nvidia owners.

Now work out the software/drivers/etc necessary to unlock/run the PhysX eye candy with our 8800s.

They wont license it to third party Video Card maker or companies interested same thing happen to SLI

Ageia's PhysX requires hardware. So 8800 xxx cannot be. Future 9000 series might use it for sure. Better wait for the upcoming video cards than buy now.
