Why would anyone use this when you can have Gimp for free, even on Windows?

If I'm downloading a flash app, why not just let me download a real app? Programs run a lot faster when written (properly) in C/C++ than when written in ActionScript.

I wonder if this also requires you to have some awful licensing service running, and have apple software running that opens ports in your firewall.
All I can say is that when I try the "test drive" it just sits there showing a box with a rotating crawling-ants circle and the message "connecting".

I wonder why it's a https site, to prevent people stealing your beautiful artwork?

Adobe Shockwave Flash 9.0 for Linux is not an acceptable version of flash to run this, btw, so the Linux community is SOL, for now anyway.

I wish OS X's pixelmator had intuitive paintbrush strokes. They always seem too harsh with me so I can't feather it.
