This isn't a clone. It has an optical drive, most likely a wired Ethernet adapter built-in along with user-serviceable parts. Don't need to send it to manufacturer to replace battery. Most important of all it doesn't have the dreaded Apple logo and it's not made by the fruity people who prefer form over function.

you know, this might actually be my dream computer. i'll have to delve into the specs a little more, but right now, it's looking really good.

not as expensive as the X300, small and light, but i'll have to check to see if the keyboard is large enough for my hands.
