Amiga was a bit before my time, as was the Commodore 64.

:oD Super Cars 2, Speedball 2, Xenon 2, Beast, Lotus, Rocket Ranger, Sensi Soccer, Pinball Dreams, Project X and of course the console which launched many classics including Lemmings, Worms and Cannon Fodder. Amazing what it could do with a 16bit 7mhz CPU and 1MB of RAM (or less in the 80's)! It really was a great stab at a natively multi-tasking computer/gaming machine with dedicated custom chips for both sound and graphics. It's a pity Commodore seemed so happy to sit on it and milk it leaving it too late to update as the PC took off and the PlayStation (1) came along. Definitely ahead of its time though.
