Other than the extra $200... I'd prefer the WInd because its the same form factor and resolution but with a 10" screen. The Acer is an 8.9" screen, but the same physical size.

Great price. But as long as it keeps that keyboard layout, it could cost half that and I still wouldn't buy it.

Great price, and will buy this over the overpriced EeePC, especially with the usable keyboard in the small form factor.
