wow, it's going to take them a year to double the capacity of the Extreme version? That's surprising. Disappointing active power consumption too - 2.4W is in the realms of 2.5" 7200rpm drives.

With the growth of eSATA, at some point people are going to start carrying around SATA flash drives instead of USB flash drives.

These look to be the fastest solid state drives, but 2.5" form factor really puts me off as well as the likely high cost per GB.
But 6 of these in RAID 0 would be very nice :o. |

What's the point of native command queueing on a drive with no moving parts? Or is that just a fancy term for "concurrent requests"?
