Better search? Does that mean I can get back XP's search tweaked with TweakUI?

I haven't figured out how to do this yet on Vista.
Search in specific folder for *.txt file.
File must contain the word(s) "Eisenhower".

I do like the file index though. But the search has taken many steps back.

And I can't believe that when searching with detailed list "size" column is not there as default.

Also, allow me to set in Windows Explorer as default to include these "sort by's": name, date, size and type. And I want to be able to select as default: View: List, and sort by: type

The only one of these that vaguely interests me is the UTC timestamps.

Does this mean Vista will have a built-in Bluetooth control panel?

*tears*

...should have... sent... a poet... because my Toshiba U305 has Bluetooth that's nigh unusable thanks to Toshiba's Bluetooth "software," which is about as user-friendly as the ocean. I don't even know what that means, but what I'm tryin' to say is... Toshiba's Bluetooth crap sucks.

...and once again, no mention of changes to the user account control, which they are well aware pisses people off. It's funny how there are those Apple ads saying that MS doesn't "fix" Vista, but it seems plenty fixed to me. I don't really see how it even needs another service pack. What it needs is just a pretty minor update to the user account control so that it's not, for lack of a better word, retarded. But hey, why give customers who already paid what they want, when you can force even more money out of them with Windows 7/6.1?

Vista remains an operating system that is 100% worthless to the corporate world until the network transfer speeds are fixed.

I am monumentally disgusted.

It's odd that they call it 'search 4.0' or 'search four point oh' where they could have used 'search 4' and it would become 'search for' in popular lingo.
Missed opportunity or a choice?
