average selling prices dipped 27% to $3.8 billion between Q3 '07 and Q3 '08

What exactly are these companies selling at an ASP of $3.8 billion? Nuclear power plants? I thought they were in the graphics chip business. ;)

(Cue comments about new graphics cards requiring a nuclear plant to run...)

Interesting when people try to say that AMD/ATI cards don't have a big market share if this is claiming 40%.

Maybe soon they'll start listening to AMD and not Nvidia for gaming?
