It's not the coolest thing in the world, but my brother and I chat in gmail when we both happen to be on. It would be cool to see my niece every now and then.

They should improve the GoogleTalk client instead.. it's a real memory hog. And sometimes it freezes up for a few seconds at a time.

I've started to use Skype more and more. Especially for the video function.

I've been meaning to install Windows Live Messenger just so I could have the video feature, but since all my e-mailing is done through gmail now, I was hoping they'd come out with something to help make the transition complete.
