So what they are saying is that all of these boards only support DDR2 because DDR3 does not fit in slots designed for DDR2?

Or does a DDR3 module fit into a DDR2 slot?

Could it be made to fit, perhaps by cutting out little plastic bits?

I'll bet you're going to need to have a supported AM2/AM2+ cpu handy to flash to support the AM3 procs.

And why the heck isn't my M2N-32 SLI Deluxe on that list?

All I need now is Gigabyte to come out with a similar list and have the 690G and the 780G boards on the list - that would be blessed. Then I can move ahead with my planned upgrades for 2 systems and a new complete system.

Seems like after s939 AMD has made an honest effort to have a viable upgrade path with the AM2+.
