After the verdict was spoken did Pope Benedikt XVI. announce the inclusion of the SCO trials to the New Testament, saying it would be a testimony to a truly biblical event within the millennium and features the Fear of God.

Spokesmen of NASA and ESA say that they will include a copy of the SCO trials onto a data disk for every probe they send into space and to document human behavior for future generations and possibly extra terrestrial life. The first probes containing the disk will be launched in 2009.

Some however believe that this is all nonsense. In particular do the believers of the moon landing conspiracy say the trials are yet another scam by the US government who is secretly starting to use alien software. They claim the software was originally found in a space ship that crash-landed about a million years ago in the Nevada desert and it could not have been written by any human at that time.

Over!?!?

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor!?!?

I have the sad feeling that SCO will follow Bluto's advice to the bitter end due to the delusions of its CEO Darl McBride. I only wonder what the stupid and futile gesture will be (and we're just the guys to do it)?

The real losers here are the shareholders. Top holders sold before the litigation started, so they had nothing to lose. Everyone else? They were left holding the bag.

Good riddance, bloodsucking leeches.

This is the end result when a tech company is taken over by bean counters and lawyers.
