45nm Shanghai CPUs are already in the retail channel. I was very surprised. This is excellent news for AMD's new process. Because of the severe lack of suitable Socket F motherboards for desktop computers, I'm looking forward to trying these AM3 rigs next year.

Yes. My Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H is on the list, as I hoped. I can dump that old Brisbane 2.1GHz chip when these come out and the price stabilizes a bit.
