Moore's Law, let it die please!

For some reason I am getting tired of all the articles related to Moore's Law. Some guy who predictably predicted that ICs would get smaller and more powerful over time. Enough already, we get it...

Did anyone else read the blurg about the Zii and think that Creative is trying to get in early on the multipurpose chip bandwagon? I can imagine the Zii will be able to process sound, graphics, and fold at the same time...

Hardware zone doesn't seem to think the Pentium D counted apparently. They kinda skip right over it as if it didn't happen. Talk about selective memory :p

When I read Anand's "buyer's guide" it really made me value the advice here at TR. I have no idea what type of user they have in mind with those builds.
