Forge here.
Grab 3.76 (I believe)'s control panel file (3dchipset.com has it) and throw it in your system32 directory. It reenables the coolbits stuff. Easiest and fastest way to do it. I'm going to see if 5.14 and 5.13's control panel stuff can be backported to the 3.XX series, but I'm stuck in Win9X till I can get Win2k and the Fastrak66 I just made to play nice. RAID is wonderful, but Fastrack + Win2k = pain in the @$$. |

The coolbits enable trick only works if there's a control panel to access, but 3.78 for Win2K doesn't include one. PowerStrip doesn't seem to work, either.

If you're looking for a stable decent speed driver for Win2k, the 3.81's are the best I've used, I have to try the 3.84's I just got, still working on Fastrak66+Win2k. The 5.14's are better than 5.13 from all I've seen, tho.
