Ya know, all this talk about gaming in native res isnt such a big deal. You can get it to not scale for resolution and just play it with black borders...or for 2560x1600 why not just play games in 1280x800? all your pixels will be square as they will be made from 4 native pixels, thus you wont get any wierd blury scaling artifacts...I'm sure it would look great, and 1280x800 really isnt much of a burden for even for x800 gf6800 gen cards in most games. For the 2405 why not use 960x600 If your card cant hack native res?

Anyone notice that it's called a "widescreen", but looking at the resolution, it's really a 16:10 ratio? And I thought that 1280x1024 was the bastard resolution!!!!!

About the only hardware out now that has no problem working at rezs above 1600*1200 are the GeForce 7800 series of cards. The 6 series and all the Radeons tend to start chugging at this stage.

I feel sorry for the people that will buy this for gaming... They'll be forever doomed to shell out for the latest bleeding edge über-hardware in order to game at the native res... DOOMED I say! Muahahaha!

I'd be excited if it was under 500 US$, otherwise it's hardly justifiable, having dual 21 inchers.
