Er.... excuse me for being redundant and in need of replacement, but why are 2CPUs and TRs memory use in the high 90s???

Is that a cause for concern, or am I just a worried desktop user?

I think you are just a worried Windows user. :)

As #18 has already pointed out, most modern OSes will use any memory that is not in use by other applications as file cache. The difference being, Windows does not include this cache space in the total memory usage stats, whereas Linux does.
