The-Ctrl-Alt-Del has benchmarked the new Detonator 3 drivers in 3DMark 2000 with DirectX8 beta build 140. Check out their results in this short article. They test with an 800MHz Athlon on an Abit KA7 using a GeForce 2 GTS and, most likely, Windows 98SE, since they don't tell you. Nothing spectacular, but go here to get the DirectX 8 beta yourself. They also have their own Detonator 3 comparison article.
Also, as of yesterday, the All Games Network has been shut down. Congratulations for the great run these last few years, and good luck to all.
