65nm Athlon 64 X2s coming on December 5?

A fair number of rumors have already trickled out about AMD's upcoming desktop processors based on 65nm process technology, but HKEPC has now learned of a specific date for the chips' release. On December 5, AMD will reportedly launch 65nm Athlon 64 X2 4000+, 4400+, and 4800+ processors clocked at a respective 2.1GHz, 2.3GHz, and 2.5GHz, all with 512KB of cache and 65W power ratings.

There seems to be some uncertainty surrounding AMD's schedule for a fourth chip, though: a 65nm version of the existing Athlon 64 X2 5000+ with the same 2.6GHz clock speed and 512KB cache size, but with a power rating of 76W instead of 89W. Other rumors suggested earlier this week that the processor would launch alongside the slower 65nm models, but HKEPC only mentions the chip as a footnote, saying it is "coming soon."
