Yet more information has trickled out about ATI's upcoming R600 lineup. This time, it's VR-Zone that has gotten its hands on fairly detailed specs and launch dates for the upcoming graphics cards. The site says ATI will launch the R600 as two cards, a Radeon X2800 XTX and Radeon X2800 XT, on March 8 or 9. The Radeon X2800 XTX model will supposedly run at 750MHz with 512MB or 1GB of GDDR4 memory clocked at 1.1GHz, while the Radeon X2800 XT will run at 600MHz with 900MHz GDDR3 RAM.

Interestingly, VR-Zone also says that ATI has successfully pushed an A15 version of the R600 silicon to a blistering 1GHz. The A15 revision is said to be three revisions ahead of the R600 parts that will ship in March, but ATI will reportedly introduce a speedier version of the R600 dubbed R680 in the third quarter of this year.
