IN MY RECENT, EPIC VOODOO 5 REVIEW, I lamented the fact that 3dfx's drivers weren't fast enough, in terms of polygon throughput, to let the Voodoo 5 keep up with its T&L-enabled competition from NVIDIA. So naturally, when 3dfx dropped some new drivers this week claiming speed improvements and performance optimizations, I was all over 'em....
