The PC demo for the Midway's third-person action shooter Stranglehold is now available and can be downloaded over at FileShack. Stranglehold was produced by action movie star John Woo and is said to be a "spiritual successor" to Woo's movie Hard-Boiled. Much like BioShock, Rainbow Six: Vegas, and Gears of War, Stranglehold is also powered by Epic's Unreal Engine 3.0. The demo weighs in at 1.95GB and includes one level from the game.
PC gamers will be able to get their hands on the full game on September 18. On the console front, Xbox 360 owners have been able to purchase the title since last week, while PlayStation 3 owners will need to wait until September 25.
