GPU - NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS/640 or similar

Crytek has always maintained that it intended Crysis to work on systems "2-3 years old," but based on the minimum system requirements, you may need a system that was at least considered a high-end rig two to three years ago. If you're curious to see how well your system handles Crysis, you should at least be able to find out before the game's release. A demo of the game is expected to land on October 26, three weeks before the game's November 16 retail launch.
