Even if you can't read Japanese, ASCII24 has great coverage of the wares with lots of pictures. Samsung is displaying prototypes of DDR-II in CSP and TSOP packages. DDR-II is currently set to debut in desktop PCs by 2003 but they are likely to appear sooner as video card memory.
