Microsoft downgraded

Merrill Lynch Internet analyst Henry Blodget has downgraded Microsoft because its revenue is too dependent on the desktop. MS's long-term rating has been changed from "buy" to "accumulate." Market growth looks to be tough. Read the rest of the story here.

Update: The US Court of Appeals has decided to review Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson's conduct during the Microsoft case to determine whether or not he was biased against the company.
