Micron fixes 'noise issue' on AMD 760

Looks like Micron has finally solved their noise problem on the AMD 760 chipset which delayed their Millennia Max XP series of computers. An official announcement is expected on Monday. More from TechWeb:

In testing, the company found that some Millennia Max XPs experienced electrical noise issues, but only in the motherboards of the PCs that used the 266-MHz bus option. The glitches were discovered before any PCs were shipped, the company spokesman said. The new Millennia Max XPs include a redesigned motherboard that has been fixed and tested with the faster bus speed, he said.
Better later than never.
