The next chapter in Activision's Call of Duty franchise is just about one week away. To whet your appetite, the publisher has released an official trailer set to the sweet sounds of The Rolling Stones' Gimme Shelter. The trailer is embedded below, and shelter appears to be in short supply.
Rock, Paper, Shotgun has links to a handful of single-player gameplay videos, including a gunboat battle with Sympathy for the Devil blaring in the background and an SR-71 Blackbird mission that looks to be Black Ops' version of the epic AC-130 gunship chapter from the original Modern Warfare. There's also a gameplay video illustrating the multiplayer zombie mode. There's no Stones accompaniment for that particular snippet, although I think that's Keith Richards getting gunned down around the five-minute mark.
