The folks at id Software are cranking out more and more trailers as Rage's October 4 release draws near. Today, we're treated to a fresh video that showcases the game's enemies. id apparently put in quite a bit of work giving the bad guys a little personality, and it shows. That ought to make combat less monotonous than in some other shooters:
Next up is a fresh clip that reveals some more of 4A Games' Metro 2033 sequel, Metro: Last Light. Unlike Rage, this game isn't due out until next year, so we're looking at pretty early footage.
As far as I can tell, the look and feel of the game seem to largely mirror the original's. Character animations are clearly more elaborate, though—and having a huge room full of detailed characters like that is a neat technical feat.
