On regulating video game sales

A few weeks ago, the British Columbia Attorney General proposed some legislation that outlines how the province should be regulating video games. The regulation of media is something that's been going on for years with magazines, television, movies, you name it. The extension to video games is part of an inevitable progression. Since I actually live in BC, it's only appropriate that I have an opinion on the matter, so I'm going to weigh in with it.

While this legislation potentially impacts only BC residents, it could serve as a model for future legislation throughout North America, and perhaps the world—so it's worth paying attention to no matter where you live. Read on to find out more...
